Welcome Volunteers!

We have refined out policies based on the latest COVID guidance so that all volunteers, staff, and families are safe. 

We have also created volunteer opportunities for everyone to get involved in safe and healthy ways. 

 

Our Covid Policies include:

  1. All volunteers should wear a face covering during their shift at the House, when around others. 

  2. Group size will be limited to 10 people and will be split up into smaller groups based on social distancing requirements.

Whether it is providing a meal, becoming a Guest Serices Volunteer, or donating needed items from our wish list, every hour you provide directly supports those battling a medical illness. THANK YOU for supporting the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House! 

 

Not feeling like you are ready to return to in person volunteering?  No problem!

Here are some quick and easy to support families and patients virtually-

  • Donate items from our wish list such as toilet paper, paper towels, disinfectant, hand sanitizers, and masks.

  • Create Breakfast  and snack Bags for guests to take with them to for a long day at the Hospital.

  • Adopt A Meal

  • Create Comfort of Home bags for guest families.

  • Support local restuarants in our community by purchasing gift cards and donating them to the House to help us provide meals which supplement our homemade meals. 

  • Gift cards for grocery stores and other retailers such as Kroger, Walmart, Publix, Amazon, and Target help our staff continue to provide homemade meals, fresh and healthy food, and other basic supplies.

*Donation Dropoff: Thank you for your donation! Donations can be dropped off at the House anytime Monday-Friday from 10am-8pm Saturday and Sunday from 4-7pm or by appointment.
